COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

Your safety is a top priority for us. We value and appreciate each of our attendees, and we’d like to review with you our COVID-19 policies as we aim to keep things clean and as safe as possible.

COVID-19 Regulation Status

As of August 1, 2020 the governor of Virginia is allowing gatherings indoors for religious purposes. Kindly see below for more information about what we are doing to keep you safe and follow the state’s guidelines.

We do not anticipate that the governor will reverse his stance on religious gatherings, however, if we would need to cancel the event or if you feel ill at the time of the event, we would gladly transfer your registration to another event, accept your registration as a donation to the ministry, or issue a full refund.

Please remember that if you are feeling ill, feverish, or exhibiting any symptoms of COIVD-19, it is required that you stay home and cancel your registration.

Our registration process will be as contactless as possible. We will have kiosks set up with tablets so you can check yourself in. Tablets will be sanitized after each use. You will pick up your name badge at a table (6+ feet wide). Kindly wait for the staff member to put your name on your badge, then set it on the edge of the table before you approach to receive it. You will also pick up your own guide book at this time.

Social Distancing, Masks, etc.

The Commonwealth of Virginia has a statewide face covering requirement in indoor public spaces. In addition, the governor recommends you wash your hands frequently, maintain 6+ feet of physical distance when in public spaces, and stay home if you have any symptoms of illness.

We encourage you to bring your own face covering, but we will also have masks available. We will also have hand sanitizers available, and we encourage you to use it before and after any touchpoints. Rows in the main meeting space will be wider than normal to allow for appropriate social distancing. We will set marks on the floor to encourage social distancing while waiting in line to enter the main hall before the morning and evening sessions. Please note in breakout rooms and during meal times we cannot guarantee 6+ feet of social distancing, but we ask that you wear your face covering when you are not eating/drinking and do your best to respect other people’s physical space. Meals are optional and at an additional cost.

Please expect corporate prayer from the stage, as well as optional hands-on ministry. It is our goal to provide an excellent ministry experience while respecting health and safety guidelines.
